Most, if not all farmers in southwestern Ontario have now finished their harvest. But just because the harvest is done doesn’t mean the work is. In this video we see a Case Magnum 215 tractor pulling a Case Eco-Tiger 875 Disc Ripper following a 50-tonne tomato crop harvest. At AGinvest we manage farmland in conjunction with our growers and best practices. Deep ripping the soil in dry conditions is an excellent way to break up unwanted soil compaction. It helps to ensure that next years crop has the best opportunity possible in terms of soil conditions. We are active partners with our farmers which results in excellent outcomes all around. And we believe this approach sets us apart from our competitors.
